ACM complies with local, international laws and monitors industry updates regularly. ACM is obliged to follow up and adopt UAE Central Bank3 and UAE Ministry of Economy regulations4 about AML/CFT, due-diligence and KYC, including source and supply of metal5.
ACM issues its financial audit report at the end of each financial year and submits to DMCC authority to prove efficiency of the company and to be in line with rules, regulations of DMCC authority6
